Dr. Tracy is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. She was drawn to natural medicine because it promotes a state of balance and well-being through honoring the body, mind and spirit in a holistic approach. She believes that natural therapeutics can be used alone or in conjunction with conventional Western medicine for her patients’ optimal health.  Dr. Tracy is trained in primary preventative care and has undergone extensive training in endocrinology, women’s health, complementary cancer care and Craniosacral Therapy.  She specializes in clinical nutrition and herbal medicine for women’s health and vitality and has seen the power of naturopathic medicine be influential in many conditions including fibromyalgia, IBS, PMS and anxiety.

Born and raised in Woburn, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Boston College. After working in the biotech field, Dr. Tracy decided to pursue a career in alternative medicine to combine her interests in scientific research and holistic health with her desire to work with individuals on a more personal level. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, the world’s leading university in the natural health sciences. While a medical student, Dr. Tracy worked as a research assistant at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle and volunteered with Alternative Healthcare Access Campaign to provide holistic healthcare to homeless individuals in Seattle.

As co-creator of the WHOLE HEALTH DETOX PROGRAM, Dr. Tracy has introducing the naturopathic lifestyle to a broader audience and enjoyed helping participants achieve their optimal health.  Together with the Advanced Health & Wellness staff, Dr. Tracy is also writing a whole foods cookbook.
